This is a charming hotel in a building from the 1930´s, in a great location in Nice, next to Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a middle class hotel in a culturally protected building in a fantastic location next to Promenade des Anglais and opposite The Massena Gardens and short walking distance to the Old Town.

The hotel has a reception and a breakfast room and car parking facilities (for a fee payable on site).
All the rooms are furnished in a typical Provence style; they have bath/shower, wc and hairdryer, telephone, cable-TV, safe (small fee) and air-conditioning. There are the possibilities of Internet connections. None smoking rooms are available on request.
