hotel complex is located in a quiet area, at the beginning of the Bansko
resort, next to the Glazne river. The hotel is within walking distance from the
center of Bansko (600 m). The first lift station is 1600 m. away from the
hotel.

Accommodation: The
aparthotel was built in 2007, with the last reconstruction taking place in
September 2023. It has 2 buildings served by a total of 4 elevators. The Hotel
offers 115 studios and apartments in the two buildings, which have a warm
connection between them.

Studio
Standard
(max 2 ad + 1 child), appr. 25 sq.m. A spacious room with a double bed or two
separate beds, an extendable armchair for the accommodation of a third person,
a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, satellite TV, telephone, wireless Internet,

Apartment
Standard Plus
(max 3ad+1ch or 2 ad + 2 ch), 50–55 sq.m. This type of apartments is with a
double bed or twin beds and a desk, a spacious living room furnished with a
coffee table, a double or triple non-extendable sofa, a fully equipped
kitchenette, a fireplace or a dining table, a balcony with a table and chairs
in some of the apartments, two TVs, satellite TV, telephone, wireless internet,
safe, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, SOS system.

 

All
rooms
have TV, telephone, wireless internet access, mini safe (free of charge),
corner with soft furniture.

Standard
studios and apartments have a kitchenette equipped with hot
plates, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a
mini fridge and dishes. The luxury studios and apartments do not have a
kitchenette, but the amenities for guests such as a coffee machine with
capsules and an electric kettle are preserved.

Bathrooms
are stocked with French cosmetics, there are bathrobes for adults and children.
For the hotel's youngest guests, up to 7 years old, a toy is left upon
check-in.

treatments, additional services, etc.

 

Pets: The hotel
accepts pets for an additional fee. For pets up to 10 kg. the surcharge is 40
BGN per day, and for 10 kg up to 40 kg. - BGN 60 per day.
