This newly-constructed establishment (built 2013) is in St. Petersburg and has 30 rooms, 28 of which are double, 1 apartment and 1 suite. Its convenient location in the city centre makes it ideal for visiting the city's attractions, such as the Mariinsky Theatre for Opera and Ballet lovers (2 Km away), the main means of transport all being just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The on-site Italian restaurant serves lunch and dinner with à la carte dishes and caters for special diets, vegetarians, etc. Parking facilities are available to those who arrive by car. Air-conditioning is standard in all rooms, which are also well equipped with televisions, cable TV, coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards. The beds have orthopaedic mattresses and infrared saunas, and the hotel facilities include a modern gymnasium. Extra beds can be provided (for a small fee).
