This antique Sicilian manor house, built in the early eclectic-liberty style, is nestled in the heart of the Peloritani Mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian Islands. Originally a feudal agricultural estate dating back to the mid-16th century, it served as the residence and strategic stronghold of the baronial Musolino family. Over the centuries, it underwent various alterations and additions until it was severely damaged in the 1908 earthquake and subsequently abandoned. Around 1913, engineer Carmelo Salvato purchased and rebuilt the estate, incorporating the best technological standards of the time. In 1962, the Rodriquez family acquired the property.
