Located in the southwest part of
Golden Sands resort. The hotel is only a short walking distance from the resort
center and about 600
meters away from the beach. From
2023 the hotel is part of BSA Hotels & Resorts.

2022-23, 5 floors,
145 rooms, lift, safety deposit boxes at reception (extra charge BGN), main
restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool (renovated
in 2022), free Wi-Fi in the lobby area and the rooms, taxi and rent-a-car service, laundry and ironing services, transfers and excursions.

Double Large rooms: (max.2+2/3+0/3+1/4+inf.) appr. 29 sq.m. Four regular beds. More spacious suitable for families
with big children or budget accommodation of 4 adults.

All units have: sat TV, telephone, air conditioning, mini fridge (empty), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi (free of charge), balcony with table and chairs. View of the swimming pool or park.

Children's
section in the pool with a small water slide, 2 outdoor playgrounds, children’s
playroom, baby cot (free of charge, on request), high chairs in the restaurant.
Animation and mini-disco / 6 times a week according to the schedule,
June-August.

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor pool/ renovated in 2022, sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool, table tennis, fitness room, animation 6 times a week, multifunctional playground for football and volleyball. Mini-football as part of the animation program. Daytime and evening animation/6 times a week, June-August.

Paid: playground room, safe deposit box rental at the reception (5 EUR per day), laundry and ironing services. Imported alcoholic drinks, bottled drinks, cold-pressed fresh juices, cocktails. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel occupancy and for an additional fee. Transfers to and from airport.

 

Pets are not allowed.

Important information:

*According to
Bulgarian law, smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the hotel – rooms, lobby, restaurant,
bars and restaurants.

* The taking out
of food and drinks from the catering establishments is not allowed, according
to the state requirements.

* The hotel
is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings left
unlocked and outside the safe, for the use of which an additional fee is
charged.

* If hotel property is
broken or damaged, a fine is payable, which is imposed by the Management and
paid at the reception!

* In case of early
departure, the hotel deducts 100% of the pre-agreed amount of the reservation
and the amount for the prepaid nights is not refunded.
