The complex was built in 1970, being one of the first tourist establishments on the island and consists of about 70 apartments and rooms built in the typical style of Formentera in small blocks of 4 and 8 units surrounded by pine trees and gardens, plus the building of the bar-restaurant, with a large pool and a large terrace.
