Hotel Casa Ládico is located in the city of Mahón’s historic centre. It was built in the mid-nineteenth century by the Greek family Ládico, who arrived on the island in 1753 along with other enterprising families from Greece seeking new business opportunities.

The building was constructed in mares stone, and is listed for its architectural features. Thanks to its exceptional location in one of the main streets in the centre of Mahón, with the city’s magnificent natural harbour a mere five-minute walk away, this stunning boutique hotel is the perfect choice for guests seeking peace and relaxation with all the charm of a small city. Guests will also enjoy exploring the island, declared a Natural Biosphere Reserve by Unesco in 1993, and nominated to become a World Heritage Site as Minorca Talayotic for its exceptional prehistoric legacy.

The conversion of this very special house into an elegant and select hotel has been carried out with the utmost care and respect for all the original architectural features, in addition to our commitment to sustainability and the environment. We offer you both comfort and luxury in a magnificent and exclusive setting. Our exquisite interior courtyard and its swimming pool ensure total tranquillity and relaxation.

The hotel has four floors and 14 rooms, all varying in size and decor.

The interior design by the local Minorcan firm Aquitania, has been carefully designed with an attractive blend of hardwood, mares stone, walls and wallpaper in soft and subtle Farrow & Ball tones, natural jute fabrics, upholstery by James Malone and the most contemporary furniture with key pieces for visual impact.
