Please be informed that after several incidents of room damages caused by guests in our hotel's rooms,we are obligated to introduce a damage deposit policy. Upon arrival guests will be required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of 300euros damage deposit. The amount will be returned to guests within 7 days after check out.
Please be informed that the beach/pool towels can be provided by us to the guests during the check in and they can change them everyday but the guests have to bring them at the reception area during the checkout. If we do not receive the towels during the checkout, then the guests will be charged 25€ per towel.
