The hotel is located in a quiet environment in a pleasant square planted with trees and flowers, at 2 minutes from the head office of the bank Societe Generale, 700m from the Peripheric of Paris, between the Porte de Versailles and Porte d Orleans, 20 minutes by tram from the Exhibition centre. The hotel location enables easy access to anywhere in Paris, particularly Montparnasse, and the outskirts such as the business districts of Porte d Orleans. The hotel will close in July 2014 for renovation and is scheduled to open in September 2015.
