A non refundble deposit of 50% is required 90 days prior to arrival. The remaining non-refundable balance of 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is done less than 30 days prior to arrival, a non-refundable 100% payment is required upon confirmation of booking. Note: credit facility (30 days after guests' departure) is not applicable for the Presidential Villa Beachfront with private pool over this period.
