This is not your run-of-the-mill All Inclusive. Not only does Ikos Dassia make sure its guests are fed and watered around the clock, but it will take your taste buds to greater heights with six lip-smacking a la cartes and a choice of irresistible bars serving branded drinks.

Ouzo: This local restaurant is easy to identify, hence its Greek-inspired name. Found by the beach, guests are invited to dine by the ocean with its stunning outdoor setting. Sample the freshest native ingredients with fried calamari to start and traditional moussaka as your main. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Fresco: If you can’t get enough of Italian food, we can’t recommend this spot enough, and Michelin chef Ettore Botrini is the star of the show. Experimenting with age-old flavours, his creativity is evident through the inspirational menu. Breakfast, brunch and dinner is all served here.

Anaya: Forget travelling to Asia and the Far East, this delicious a la carte mixes tastes from China, Japan, Thailand and India, and they’re out-of-this-world! We’re talking chicken accompanied by Teriyaki sauce, spicy Thai red curry and scrumptious sweet and sour pork. You can head here on an evening from 6.30pm – 10.30pm.

Provence: This dinner-only venue specialises in French cuisine with beautiful wine pairings set to enhance your culinary experience. When you’re not tucking into succulent beef for your main, dessert is just as tasty with the fluffy crème brulee proving popular. Open from 6.30pm – 10.30pm.

Kerkyra: Celebrated for its island delights, this sophisticated eatery brings you plates which are unique to Corfu. Its fish selection is impressive, while its salads are far from bland. Enjoy three meals a day here.

Ergon Deli: This ambient setting is a great place to head if you want to try a range of flavours. Here you can order meze style dishes perfect for sharing with friends and family. It’s open for lunch (adults only) and dinner.

Flavours: When you’re not sampling the finest Mediterranean dishes, the views are the main highlight. Looking out over the Ionian Sea and admiring its sapphire ripples – dinner reservations don’t get much more idyllic. This spot serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Grill House: new for 2022, the Grill House will serve buffet breakfast and a la carte dinners with a range of grilled meat, fish and vegetables

Dine Out: This truly unique service lets you experience what the food is like outside your accommodation. For no extra charge guests can dine in some of the resort’s most popular restaurants. All you need is a reservation and you’re good to go.

Gelaterie: Those with a sweet tooth will appreciate this spot’s generous scoops of ice-cream, especially on those stifling Corfu days. Open from 10am – 6pm.

Lobby Bar: Offering sensational views of the coast alongside a great selection of local and international drinks, this is not your standard hotel bar. Open from 9am – 1am.

Wine Bar: With an extensive 300-bottle wine collection, you’re bound to come across one you like. Drinks are served from 6.30pm – 11pm.

Pool bars: You’ve got three waterside bars to choose from, each offering freshly mixed cocktails daily. From the hotel’s main option to an adult only section and a deluxe number – take your pick.

Teatro Bar: This is where you’ll find your evening entertainment which can be anything from traditional Greek dancing to musical style shows or no-frills performances by talented musicians. Visit from 8.30pm – midnight.

Nightclub: Open until 1.30am, this is the place to put on your dancing shoes.

A guaranteed good time

Every day brings about a new experience when you stay at this first-class property. Days tend to start with a deluxe sunbathing session around one of the multiple outdoor pools, while afternoons are best spent at the beach, where your very own exclusive patch of sand awaits your arrival.

Active types can get lost in the never-ending action. Whether you like to stay cool with an aqua aerobics class, test out the onsite tennis courts or book into a beginners yoga class, you certainly won’t be left looking for ways to work up a sweat.

When it comes to spoiling yourself, the spa is the place to head with its personalised Anne Semonin products. For those holidaying with kids in tow, rest assured that there’s a bunch of child-friendly facilities onsite too. Not only are there clubs for every age, you’ll also find a football academy for aspiring professionals.

A setting to end all settings

Located in a bay of the same name, the hotel overlooks the stunning Dassia Beach, which makes up part of Corfu’s breathtaking coastline. Belonging to the stunning Greek islands, this hotspot is particularly popular, mostly for its greenery which Ikos Dassia proudly shows off. Offering views that stretch as far as the mainland with plenty of locals tavernas nearby, it’s a real all-rounder.
