From 01/10. the KOBZA HAUS reception will be open from 8 AM till 8 PM. In the case of late arrival, please send your current phone number and e-mail address to the phone number: +48 668 398 418, along with your name, surname, date of stay and estimated time of arrival.
The construction works on the GRANARIA complex are still underway in the neighborhood.
The cost of parking is PLN 70/day/vehicle. We have 6 parking spaces in the underground garage, so prior reservation is required.
The entrance gate is located at Chmielna Street between the gastronomic space of Chmielna 102 and Chmielna 103/104.
There is a height restriction of 1. 9 m in the garage and no vehicles with gas installations are allowed. Please go to the hotel reception to get your entry code and further instructions. The garage hall is one-way, so the exit is from Motławska Street.
The room is cleaned at the Guests request after hanging the tag located in the room on the external door handle and/or after informing the reception employee until 12 PM. The ROOM CLEANING takes place every 2 or 3 days, depending on the length of stay of Guests, at their request. The service takes place during the Guest's absence in the room. The cost of an additional service is PLN 70.
A tea and coffee set is prepared once to welcome guests.
