Location

Located on the island’s southeast coastline, the hotel fronts Agios Fokas beach and provides panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coastline. Kos town, the island’s marina and harbour are within a short drive at roughly seven kilometres, offering shopping, dining and cultural excursions, while Kos International Airport is approximately 32 kilometres away. The hotel’s position offers direct access to coastal swimming and local transport connections, with a public bus stop at the entrance to facilitate independent exploration of the island.

Facilities

Guest facilities are comprehensive and focused on both active recreation and spa-led relaxation. The resort hosts three outdoor pools plus an indoor heated pool within the spa, a pair of outdoor Jacuzzis and an impressive 130-metre Infinity Pool engineered to deliver a strong visual relationship with the sea. The Therme Spa features multiple treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, a beauty and hair salon and a retail spa boutique, and there is a fully equipped gym for workout sessions. Rooms and suites were refurbished recently and offer modern fittings, tiled floors and furnished balconies, with many units designed to offer direct or side sea views. Each room benefits from individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television, a safe, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee and tea making facilities; selected suites provide additional amenities such as a complimentary mini bar, beach bag and luxury bath products. Bathrooms are fitted with contemporary earth-toned finishes and include hairdryer, magnifying mirror and quality bathroom amenities. Family Suites provide multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate parents and children with separate sleeping and living areas.

Sports & Entertainment

A varied sports and activities programme supports both individual fitness and organised classes. The resort offers tennis and basketball courts, a mini football facility, fitness classes including aerobics and Pilates, and equipment for aqua gym sessions. Guests may arrange diving lessons and horse riding excursions off-site, while bicycle rental is available on property. Entertainment after dark includes themed nights supported by live music or a DJ, and quieter options such as a TV and library room and table tennis are provided. For younger guests there is a supervised kid’s corner for ages four to ten, a playground and a children’s pool, along with family-friendly dining arrangements and baby cots and high chairs on request.

On-site dining spans a principal buffet restaurant offering Greek, Mediterranean and international cuisine with rotating theme nights, an à la carte restaurant with sea views that focuses on Mediterranean and Greek specialities and a new Asian-fusion venue serving contemporary Far Eastern dishes. The hotel’s wine lists include a selection of Greek and international labels to complement menus. Beverage outlets include a main lobby bar, an Infinity Pool bar with in-water seating and a beach bar serving refreshments by the shore; these venues provide a range of cocktails, soft drinks and other beverages for casual dining and socialising beside the pools and the sea.
