Approx. 50 m from the hotel´s own sandy/shingle beach, is situated the Pickalbatros Vita Resort – Portofino Marsa Alam, which is especially popular with honeymooners. It is linked by a shuttle service (where applicable, a fee). At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 200 m from the hotel, and also a supermarket is in the vicinity of the hotel.

The beach hotel has 389 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 12:30 – 17:00). In a total 7 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free.
