Resort is located at a private cove at the site of the Surf Beaches within the Alaçatı Tourism center of Çeşme. It is 1 hour 15 minutes away from Izmir Airport, 5 minutes drive from Center of Alaçatı and 2 minutes drive from Surf Beaches. Resort is installed on an area of over 45,000 square meters, and it has a total capacity of 150 rooms. It has its own private beach that is 400 meter long. The hotel's beach offers four options of sand, deck, lawn and natural texture, and also has private pier. Sea is calm during most of the season and it has sand and gravel floor. The first fifty meters are shallow and then it has a depth of one meter and more.
