The following information is required at check-in:

Dog’s name, weight, age, colour, and breed. This is needed so we can identify
the dog during your stay.

Vaccination certificate certifying that the dog has been fully vaccinated
against kennel cough and rabies in the last 12 months.

o
Evidence of regular flea and worming treatment.

•
Only one dog is permitted per room. Pets may only enter designated dog-friendly
areas of the hotel. They must not be in the pool area, fitness centre, spa,
shops, and golf facilities. Dogs are permitted on the terraces of some
restaurants. This varies depending on the resort and must be confirmed directly
with each property.

•
Dogs are not permitted on beaches due to local regulations.

•
Dogs must be on a lead at all times, or in a pet carrier when it is not in the
guest’s room. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet within the
hotel grounds and disposing of waste in the bins provided.

•
Dogs must not be left alone in rooms for more than two hours. The guest must
notify reception and hang the "Dog Friendly Room" sign on the door
when they leave the dog unsupervised in the room. The guest must answer their
mobile phone (given previously to hotel staff) if the hotel calls them while the
dog is left unsupervised, in the event of any problems.

•
Dogs must never be left alone overnight. Please contact the Butler if you need
kennel recommendations.

•
Room service will not be carried out unless guests are present. The dog owner
must be in the room if the dog is there while the room is being cleaned, to
avoid alarming the dog and to ensure that the dog does not escape. Please
contact the Butler to schedule a suitable time to clean the room.

The complex reserves the right to request removal of a dog from the premises if
guests do not respect the aforementioned regulations.
