General description:
The hotel Utopia Resort And Residence lies in the vicinity of a private sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The nearest town is Antalya. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. For mobility there is a taxi rank and a car rental company. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Amenities:
Partially renovated in 2019, the beach hotel has 368 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception, a lobby with bar, 9 lifts, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a shop, discotheque, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one pool with a children´s pool. Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. A bar at the pool offers guests refreshing beverages.

Meals:
Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. All inclusive Plus: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast as well as lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants. Small snacks (12:00 - 16:00) and midnight snacks (00:00 - 03:00). At the beach different watersport types such as water skiing are available (partly from local providers). Sauna and hamam free of charge. Spa area and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: evening shows and live music. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children´s play area. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and babysitting (for a fee).
