Apartment complex is located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months. Thanks to marvellous location offers a stunning view of the sea and nearby islands. It is a 60-minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. Closest beach is a large rocky/pebble beach, with selection of coffee bars where guest can enjoy or go for a jog by the sea and breath in the healthy and fragrant sea air.
Each apartment is  fully equipped to the highest standard and tastefully decorated, each with kitchen, one or two bedrooms, private bathroom, balcony or terrace. There is also a parking space - free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided.
