The complex is set right above the Gulf of Milazzo, within easy walking distance of the cape lighthouse, at the tip of the peninsula. The centre of Milazzo is just 4km away. Catania-Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 140 km from the complex.

This holiday village presently comprises a total of 12 rooms and 16 wooden bungalows, all with a sea view and within easy reach of the private beach. Facilities on offer include a lobby, a café, a bar, a disco, a restaurant and Internet access. Bicycles are available for hire and there is ample parking for those arriving by car.

The double, triple and quad rooms are each equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a mini bar and a bathroom. Each bungalow has a beautiful verandah, air conditioning, a fridge, a TV, a bathroom with hot running water, shower and bathtub, as well as kitchen facilities (with fridge and cooker). A double or king-size bed also comes as standard.

Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the hotel grounds (charges apply). Guests can take an aerobics class, go diving, motor boating or pedal boating or play basketball. There are lots of opportunities for cycling nearby. A programme of entertainment is organised for younger guests. For an additional fee there are also facilities for playing volleyball.
