The complex was open in 2003. It consists of 20 villas and 32 apartments. Villas Barrocal facilities include swimming pool with a snack bar and a reception service. Accommodation units, including 20 villas V3 with 3 bedrooms, 14 T2 apartments, built in July 2007. Various facilities are on offer including a bar as well a car park for those arriving by car. Reception open from May till September 9:00-12:30 / 14:00-18:00 / 18:30-24:00 – Winter open 9:00-12:30 / 14:00-18:00. Arrivals outside the reception opening hours are requested to indicate the estimated arrival time while making the booking.
